Craft Beer and burgers are their specialty! Rodeo Goat has locations in Cypress Springs, Fort Worth, Dallas, Houston, Plano, and Rockwall.

Shannon Wynne, restaurateur behind Meddlesome Moth, Flying Fish(es), Flying Saucer(s), Lark on the Park, Bird Cafe and the Mudhen.

The original Rodeo Goat is in Fort Worth. Both the original and the new Dallas restaurant aren’t “pretty,” Wynne says. That’s the point. Rodeo Goat is all about craft beer and the best burgers you have ever had!

Rodeo Goat features 59 beers in bottles or on tap, but Rodeo Goat isn’t a bar. This establishment isn’t your typical Dallas-y type joint. Wynne had a desire to create a place to enjoy great beer, spectacular burgers and some of the best comfort food you have ever had.

The interior is basic and the patio is spacious. Rodeo Goat has a casual atmosphere that will allow one to enjoy food, beer and conversation.
Expect a place like this to be outside the box in its burger selection, and you can expect even a meatless burger option to be surprislying wonderful!

A must try is a dessert called “Goat Balls,” which thankfully are not animal parts but actually fried balls of brie served with blackberry compote. Oh wow, those balls are delicious!
