Locally-brewed beer from Wild Acre Brewing Company at Wild Acre Camp Bowie in Fort Worth, Texas

Wild Acre Camp Bowie

As you drive down Camp Bowie Boulevard in Fort Worth, you might not expect to find a delicious selection of craft brews catty-corner from a RaceTrac, but Fort Worth has a way of surprising everyone with its’ Funkytown flair.

Wild Acre Brewing Company’s brewpub is at the end of (what used to be) a simple shopping center. It’s right next to Lazy Daisy, another local gem and fan favorite for coffee-lovers. These two businesses have brought murals, patios, and delicious drinks to a previously quiet part of town.

When you pull into the parking lot, you won’t be able to miss the giant red arrow pointing to Wild Acre’s door. Their patio sprawls out into the parking lot and offers a shady spot to enjoy a craft brew, or you can sit inside by the windows that peer into where the beer is fermented.

The brewpub always has Wild Acre classics on draft — like Billy Jenkins Bock, if you enjoy darker beers, or Texas Blonde, if you’re a fan of light, smooth brews. At the brewpub, you’ll also find exclusive beers that you won’t see in their tap room near Downtown Fort Worth. It’s yet another reason to check out the brewpub and come back throughout the year as their seasonal flavors change.

Along with great drinks, Wild Acre’s Camp Bowie location has a drool-worthy food menu with a plethora of options. Want a German Pretzel to balance out your beer? They’ve got it. How about a charcuterie board? Yep, they’ve got that, too.

If you’re on the hungrier end of the spectrum, you can chow down on your choice of sandwich (Steak & Provolone Hoagie, anyone?), enjoy a hot dog (Chicago Style Akaushi Wagyu Dog, say that three times fast), or grab a burger (The Ridiculousness Burger lives up to its name). They also offer salads, soups, options for the kiddos, and delectable desserts.

Quality craft beer, excellent food options, and a great atmosphere — Wild Acre’s brewpub on Camp Bowie has it all. Want to live near the great restaurants & shops in Fort Worth? Follow this link from Texas Pride Realty Group.
