Rollertown Beerworks

The Dallas-Fort Worth area is saturated with breweries of all different styles. There is no shortage of IPAs, stouts, or lagers in the metroplex. However, breweries become more sparse the further north you travel within DFW.

Rollertown Beerworks is one of North Texas’s newer breweries, founded by Ben Rogers and Skin Wade, radio hosts from The Ben and Skin Show on 97.1 The Eagle. Rollertown Beerworks is located right in historic Downtown Celina, right off of TX-289 or Preston Road.

You’ll find a diverse selection of beer styles, so there’s sure to be something for everyone. Whether you like light beers, dark beers, or you lean more towards the hoppy side, you won’t be disappointed. If you’re in the mood for a crushable light lager with citrus notes, head for the Rollertown Light.

Big Trouble in Little Celina is a honey pilsner brewed with gallons of local honey. At 6% ABV, this beer will sneak up on you so make sure to pace yourself!

For the IPA fans, Juice Serum is double dry-hopped with Citra, Mosiac, and Nelson Sauvin hops and contains notes of mango, pineapple, orange, and tangerine. This beer is hoppy, citrusy, and comes in at 7% ABV.

If you prefer to drink dark beers like stouts, Rollertown brews a dark-as-night imperial stout with strong flavors of coffee, chocolate, vanilla, and cacao nibs. War Daddy is cold-brewed with KLLR coffee and is definitely not for the faint of heart with its 10% ABV. For a more full-bodied experience, try the Barrel-Aged Vanilla War Daddy!

If you can’t decide which beers to try, you can always order a flight of 4 beers for only $13.
