Cinnaholic’s entire menu is dairy-free, lactose-free, egg-free, and cholesterol-free. Their cinnamon rolls are fully customizable, though they also offer several signature options on their menu.

Current seasonal offerings include a pumpkin spice roll, pumpkin bread, and a carnival crunch roll with popcorn, sprinkles, and marshmallows.
