Jake’s

Looking for a great bite to eat at a long-standing North Texas establishment? Then you need to check out Jake’s. More specifically Jake Keller’s family history dates back to 1985 where they opened their first restaurant. Serving up delicious burgers and sides you know you are going to enjoy your meal on every visit.

I decided to stop by this spot off highway 161 when looking for something that would be quick without being a typical fast food establishment. This location offers plenty of seating both indoors and on their comfortable patio. After taking a look at their menu I grabbed a cheeseburger that came complete with their fresh hand cut fries. While I didn’t drink on this trip, I loved that they had a full service bar and affordable happy hour prices.

The burger came out relatively fast and was hot and juicy. I loved that the accompaniments that came with the burger and the firm poppyseed bun that held up to the fully stacked burger. Everything tasted amazing and I loved the great prices. This was a great spot to enjoy dinner from the atmosphere to the food. I will sure to stop by again in the future when I’m looking for something tasty!
