Wayward Coffee Co

The perfect place to get some work done. A delicious cup of coffee. Friendly and fast service. Are all things to describe my experience at Wayward Coffee Co. Located near Winnetka Heights this cute coffee shop gives the same vibes as Bishop Arts without the hustle and bustle of the busy area.

I decided to stop by here when looking for a comfortable space I could work remotely while also enjoying a beverage. This place checked all my boxes and more! I loved that there was ample parking spaces outside of the shop and that when I arrived there was still plenty of tables. I took some time to look over their menu before deciding on an iced americano. I grabbed their complimentary WiFi password and a booth space and away I went.

The baristas were extremely friendly and even brought out my beverage once it was ready. They even gave me the option to for a glass cup for enjoying at the shop or a takeaway option if I was on the go. Since I was staying a while I choose the glass and it was the perfect vessel for keeping my drink cold.

The space was great for working as it wasn’t too loud and offered great WiFi that kept me connected during my entire visit. While I didn’t eat during my time there they did offer plenty of pasty options that other guests around seemed to be really enjoying. This shop is also pet friendly so if you need a spot to enjoy a morning Joe with your furry best friend you are in luck. From great drinks to an inviting atmosphere, Wayward earns my 5 star rating!
