Cork & Pig Tavern

If you are craving americana food in an upscale environment, then you need to check out Cork & Pig Tavern. Whether you are meeting a friend for lunch or looking for a date night out in Las Colinas you will love the food and atmosphere of this restaurant. Located close to Toyota Music Factory, it’s a great place to stop after spending time at this popular entertainment venue without all the crowds before or after a concert.

We made a reservation online and loved that our table was ready upon arrival. We went on a Saturday night and the restaurant was a buzz with couples and families alike. We had never been before so we took some time to look at the menu, but started off with a round of drinks and their spinach and artichoke dip. Our waitress was extremely friendly and brought out our first round quickly and was sure to answer some questions we had about the menu.

The meal started off perfectly with my frose that was crisp and tasted perfect for the hot weather. We also loved the crispy salty chips that paired perfectly with the cheesy gooey spinach dip. For our main entrees we tried their pepperoni pizza, asian chicken salad, and fish tacos. We couldn’t believe how fast our orders were delivered and the amount of food we received. It was plentiful for two people and gave us plenty to enjoy at the restaurant and take home. It was hard to decide which part of the meal was our favorite as everything tasted great. The pizza was perfectly balanced while the fish tacos made me feel like I was on vacation with their tangy and fresh vibes. The salad had a great crunch from the toppings and a great zing from the asian dressing.

We loved the comforting environment of the restaurant and how attentive the service was. We felt that we were able to enjoy our meal without being rushed. I loved everything about the experience and know I will be coming back soon to try more of their delicious menu.
